Word:
The Holy Spirit wants us to always remember that we can have perfect rest when attached to God, no matter how the world shakes us up.

Isaiah 40:31, But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.
Psalm 37:7, Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.
Philippians 4:6, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
“Remember, if you don’t understand, ask!”
