I saw what looked like a small clay dinosaur covering the bottom right side of a document I was trying to read. I tried to remove it to read the rest of the document, but it was stuck and would not move. I was tempted to make something up to finish reading the document, but then I realized that would not be a good idea.
When we read God’s Word (the Bible), the enemy tries to block our understanding. We are often tempted to ignore in blockage and even tempted to put our own understanding in its place. The Holy Spirit will remind us of
Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
